The same facts are collected up to six times
Mobility is asked on five documents. Nutrition on six. Name and NHI written out roughly twenty times.
Finding 02
CS 14B can largely calculate itself
Twelve of its fourteen acuity domains are already captured elsewhere. The scoring and banding is arithmetic done by hand.
Finding 03
About half the six hours (?) is transcription
Not assessment — copying. The assessing itself is the part we would leave alone.
